Appointment Setters



We are currently seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for calling leads, creating estimates, replying to emails and texts, and setting up appointments for our clients. This is a work from home position and we are looking for someone who is not phone shy and is looking for a long term employment opportunity.


  • Call leads and qualify them based on our client's criteria
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads
  • Create estimates based on client's requirements
  • Follow up with clients via email and text
  • Maintain a professional attitude and demeanour at all times
  • Achieve weekly and monthly appointment setting targets
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting or telemarketing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • A quiet and professional home office environment
  • High speed internet and a reliable computer
